2026/27 School Calendar
We are pleased to share our 2026-27 School Year Calendar!
Things to note for the upcoming school year:
School Offices will open to the public on August 17th.
The first day of school for students will be August 31st. This falls before Labour Day due to the late date (September 7, 2026).
Christmas Break will run from December 18, 2026 to January 3, 2027.
Teachers Convention Break will run from February 20-28, 2027.
Easter Break/Spring Break will run from March 26 to April 4, 2027.
There are 15 Professional Learning Fridays, along with ATA Institute Day, built into this calendar to meet our goals for professional development. We feel this calendar is a balance between the timing of Diploma Exams, Provincial Achievement Tests, statutory holidays, natural breaks, and our professional obligations to our strategic priorities in our Education Plan.
