How will parents/guardians be contacted if an emergency occurs?
- During an emergency situation parents/guardians will be contacted by SMS (text message) and email as quickly as possible with further details and direction.
- Fort McMurray Catholic Schools utilizes School Messenger to communicate with families during emergency situations. Canadian legislation requires one to consent to receiving mass text messages. If you are not sure if you have consented to receive these messages, please opt in by texting “Y” to 724665.
- Please keep your contact information up to date with your School.
- Information will also be posted on our Division website, Edsby, and social media if appropriate.
